2024 will be bringing so much excitement to the Disney Cruise Line industry. We already know we have the Disney Treasure to look forward to in December 2024, the newest ship added to the Disney Cruise Line fleet since the Disney Wish in 2022. Ten years prior to that, the Disney Fantasy debuted.
In recent news, the Disney Treasure is the first of the fleet to have its very own signature song! The song is called “Living the Adventure” and is sung by Jordin Sparks. The song was written by Dewain Whitmore, Jr. and Chantry Johnson and produced by Brandon N. Caddell, as told by Disney Destinations. The song is now available on three different streaming platforms, plus Instagram!
“Live the Adventure” is said to have instrumental nods to Walt Disney Animation Studios “Aladdin.” This makes perfect sense since the Grand Hall of the Disney Treasure is designed to have the same Agrabah feel. The song is beautiful, upbeat, and perfect for the new ship. Be sure to listen to it!
In other Disney Cruise Line news, the friends at Disney’s Castaway Cay will be getting new outfits! When you dock at Castaway Cay, the private island for Disney Cruise Line guests, the Disney magic is there! Characters can be found around the island searching for fun in the sun with the guests.
Guests are already experiencing Mickey, Minnie, Donald. Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, and even Chip and Dale in their new bright outfits! Mickey Mouse sports a yellow hat with the signature Disney Cruise Line waves on the front, and Minnie has a ship’s wheel on her belt. How cute! Donald Duck is sporting his snorkeling gear, ready to see those under sea statues plus adorable arm floats! While Daisy is wearing a bright sun hat and wrap dress ready to explore the island.

Pluto has a brand new collar, and the design is recognizable. Look around the outside of your stateroom to see if you notice the similarity. When you see Goofy, you will know he is ready for the fun! With his bright t-shirt, fedora inspired hat, and vest, he is looking for the fun! Chip and Dale however were the most resourceful for their new outfits. Their design is made to look like they recycled materials that were found on the island to create a summer pirate look. It looks as though they used beach towels to create hats and arm floats for a sash!
