We know that when Disney begins building a new ship, they aren't just focused on constructing a physical vessel... they're attempting to tell beloved stories in new and exciting ways that make us fall in love with Disney all over again. With the Disney Believe being a part of the Wish class, we had a feeling it would have a similar setup to its sister ships, sharing some of the same restaurant, lounge, and bar concepts. We just weren't certain which specific themes and stories were coming to life on this ship! Having recently attended the Disney Believe reveal event aboard the Disney Wish, I learned the ins and outs of the ship and am eager to report what is brand new to Disney Cruise Line.

Any show that you see on a Disney ship is Broadway-level caliber, and it shows in every detail the incredible creative team at Disney has perfected. In what may be one of the most highly anticipated musicals to ever be performed on a Disney ship, Encanto is finally set to take the stage on the Disney Believe. There is no doubt this musical will be brought to life with stunning, Colombia-inspired costumes and vibrant colors that transport us right into the world of the Madrigal family. Seeing the incredibly talented Broadway stars aboard the Disney Wish put their own spin on these beloved songs during the reveal made me so excited to experience them within a fully produced stage show!

The second stage show will be a reimagined Tangled musical, where we can expect updated storytelling through world-class puppetry, iconic lanterns, and incredibly talented vocalists. The theatrical lineup will be rounded out with the flagship Disney Believe stage show, which will feature music from stories highlighted throughout the ship, including Moana, Frozen, and Snow White.
This incredible two-story suite has taken luxury staterooms to a whole new level. The new suite will sleep eight, and its design is centered around Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. They've thought of everything, and it shows in the subtle details: the bedrooms are designed with nods to Adventureland, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland! The main chandelier and ceiling light fixtures in the living room are designed to represent fireworks, featuring special lighting effects that mimic a private fireworks show right in your room. Finally, this suite will feature a private elevator, a dedicated concierge team, full-bar amenities, and floor-to-ceiling ocean views.

This may be one of the more talked about additions to this ship because the Disney Wish already features the Arendelle dining experience, where Frozen is front and center. That said, the concept for Oaken's Table centers around dining in Oaken's cozy Nordic lodge with rustic vibes and Scandinavian cuisine. Time will tell what sets this venue apart from our other favorite Frozen dining spot, but I have faith Disney has thought this through—as they do with everything they bring to life!

These brand-new, highly themed lounges and nightspots are so exciting for adults setting sail on the Disney Believe:

I am so excited about this Zootopia-inspired interactive spot, which is set to host family-friendly activities during the day and adult entertainment in the evening!

Bookings opened to the general public on October 19, 2026. Inaugural sailings are set to fill very quickly, but travel planners have several tips up their sleeves to help you get the most out of booking a new ship:
Already booked a cruise? Don't worry! You can easily transfer your reservation to your favorite travel agent if it was booked within the last 30 days and has not yet been paid in full.
