If you’re ready to have the most frightfully fun experience, this news is for you! Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights is returning for 2024 and we have dates for those select events! Tickets are also available for purchase now!
The event is only on select nights from August 30, 2024 through November 3, 2024! The events are Wednesday through Sunday nights which means that you could potentially attend multiple events during your stay! The haunted houses, scare zones, and special live entertainment options are sure to create the best night of the year when you attend.
Throughout the park there are ten haunted houses available to explore. Each is designed after “the biggest names in horror” as stated by Universal Orlando. For the 2023 Halloween Horror Night haunted house attractions included Stranger Things, The Last of Us, Dueling Dragons: Choose Thy Fate, The Darkest Deal, Dr. Oddfellow’s Twisted Origins, Universal Monsters: Unmasked, Bloodmoon: Dark Offerings, YETI: Campground Kills, Chucky: Ultimate Kill Count, and finally The Exorcist: Believer. The designers of the houses work year round meaning as soon as the Halloween Horror Night season is complete, they begin working on the following year. These houses are built inside the soundstages that are located in the Universal Studios theme park.
While walking through the park, guests will also experience five Sinister Scare Zones. These areas are almost impossible to miss as you have to continue down the path to get to different sections of the park. There are scare actors roaming the streets, popping out from behind things, and even catching you off guard as you are preoccupied with something else.
The live entertainment is like nothing you’ve ever experienced before! The music, fire, and choreography will leave you on the edge of your seat. The last time I saw the live entertainment I instantly regretted not attending the earlier show for a chance to watch it again later.
Food and beverages will also not disappoint! There are multiple locations throughout the park that offer themed food and drinks. Louie’s Italian Restaurant has the best Pizza Fries! The event will also have a souvenir cup that can be purchased and refilled at a discounted price with the beverages in the park.
The final thing that is a must not miss is the exclusive merchandise! The shirts are always fun to have as a memory! Generally there is a shirt that shows all of the houses for the year, which is a great way to remember your favorites! There are also bags, sweatshirts, pins, magnets, and more available for purchase!
