Over the last few weeks we have been seining different changes being made in health and safety policies. This week a statement from Walt Disney World and Disneyland has been released stating the mask mandate will be changing on February 17th. Guests who are fully vaccinated will no longer be required to wear masks indoors. Face coverings are still required by all Guests (ages 2 and up) on enclosed Disney transportation, including Disney buses, monorails, and Disney Skyliner. It is suggested that if you are not fully vaccinated you still wear a mask when indoors and as always for everyone to still honor social distancing.

In other news, Disney PhotoPass Service will be offering Capture the Moment packages for four theme parks! Previously it was a service only offered at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom but now will be expanding with EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Capture the Moment is personalized 20-minute private photo session. This a fantastic option to document special celebrations such as graduations, proposals, birthdays, first visits, and the list goes on!
In EPCOT, Guests can choose one of the following pavilions for their photoshoot: Germany, Italy, The American Adventure, Japan or Morocco starting February 24th. Guests can experience this option at Hollywood Studios on February 21st and can utilize Tower of Terror, Gertie the dinosaur, Chinese Theatre’s façade, or use the colorful neon signs and art deco architecture of Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard as backdrops at this location.
Pricing at all four theme parks, each Capture Your Moment session is $79 and can include up to eight guests in total. Prints and digital downloads are not included, but guests who have purchased a Disney PhotoPass entitlement such as Memory Maker or Memory Maker One Day, as well as qualifying Annual Passholders with a Disney PhotoPass download benefit, can download the photos at no extra cost.
