Being more than halfway through August already, Disney Parks has begun gearing up for September which is Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month! This month brings delicious food, fabulous art, and music to make your feet move! Disney Parks never disappoints with a celebration, and this year Walt Disney World has given us more than ever!

This brings the anticipation of new faces at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park! First there will be a brand new meet and greet for guests with Mirabel! Her casita has taken over the Fairytale Garden, where guests previously have been able to meet Merida. Mirabel will begin greeting guests on September 15, 2023, which is also the first day of Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month!

Also joining the park is Bruno, shh we don’t talk about him, ok maybe for now we will. Bruno will be joining in on the fantastic musical Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade! He will be joining other characters like “Coco”, Princess Elena of Avalor, and many more!
Also at Walt Disney World, during the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival there will be the largest Hispanic talent line up they have ever had participate. Each talent will perform 3 times that day; at 5:30 p.m. 6:45 p.m. and 8 p.m. as long as weather permits. Some of the artists will perform more than one night, which allows guests a few chances to see them! There are also quite a few dishes that are featured during the festival that represent these beautiful and flavorful heritages.

Disney Springs will also have music, art, and merchandise to celebrate this special month-long celebration.
