Everyone knows that Carnival knows fun. And boy did they prove that on February 24, 2024 when they celebrated the naming of their newest ship, the Carnival Jubilee.
Marvelous Mouse Travels was honored with the privilege of attending this special event. We were able to tour this beautiful ship, enjoy lunch and celebrate! Gwen Stefani was onboard to christen the ship and officially name her “Jubilee”.

Other special guests in attendance were the mayor of Galveston, Carnival’s chief culinary officer Emeril Lagasse, Christine Duffy and many more travel industry leaders. After the ceremony concluded
Gwen put on the show of a lifetime entertaining ceremony guests.

Carnival Jubilee is the first Carnival ship to ever be named in the city of Galveston. This is fitting as Christine Duffy has proclaimed that plans on calling Galveston home indefinitely. Currently, Jubilee offers 6-9 day Western Caribbean itineraries.
