Boo To You!

Boo to You! Yes, the most fabulous and not so scary Halloween party has been announced and is returning for 2025! Walt Disney World is home of the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and dates as well as tickets have been announced and are currently available! Tickets for guests staying on property went on sale May 15, 2025 while those guests not staying on property have tickets available beginning May 22, 2025. Planning your Disney vacation during spooky season is a great way to add a little extra magic to your trip!

The official event kick-off is August 15, 2025 and the final bash will be Halloween night, October 31, 2025. This event is held on select nights, mostly Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays towards the beginning of the season and adds Thursdays to the line-up at the end of September through October. Pricing for the events range from $119 plus tax per adult and up to $229 plus tax per person, adult tickets are for guests ages 10+. Children prices are slightly less, and are available for ages 3-9.

Important note for guests visiting during the event season, Disney’s Magic Kingdom closes early for guests not attending the special ticketed event. Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party begins at 7 pm on those select nights and runs until midnight, that’s five hours of endless fun, entertainment, and trick-or-treating! Did you know that with your valid Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party ticket you can enter Disney’s Magic Kingdom at 4 pm the day of your ticketed event? Yes, that's an extra three hours that guests can enjoy the park prior to the event starting!

Did you know that you can also meet special characters that are generally exclusive to the event? One of the most popular meet and greets are Jack and Sally! Greeting guests at Town Square Theater, the line grows popular before the event even starts. Jack has a new look this year as well. His face resembles the character designed from the film, and I cannot wait to see him!

Disney Destinations also states that there may be returning Villains in the streets. The 2024 MNSSHP brought Villains to the queue at Princess Fairytale Hall where you could snap a quick photo as you passed by, hopefully this year there will be more!

For trick-or-treating, every guests, not matter the age, receives a complimentary treat bag to carry all of their goodies in. With over twelve treat stops in the park, your bag will be busting at the seams. Guests do not have to be in costume to enjoy the trick-or-treating aspect of the event, but it is fun to dress up!

Another fun-filled entertainment option is the Mickey’s Boo to You Parade! This is my absolute favorite part of the evening as it is filled with friendly faces like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Alice, and so many more dressed up for Halloween. There are also villains, and my favorite, The Hitch Hiking Ghosts! The entire crew marches down Main Street U.S.A to the catchy tune.

The Sanderson Sisters return for the Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular that is performed on the stage in front of Cinderella Castle. There are also a few ghoulish friends that help out during the show.

Then to light up the night. The one and only Jack Skellington takes the stage to begin the Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular! The Castle is turned into a haunted house, and the show begins.

For the ones that like to move and groove, there will be a dance party featuring music from “Zombies 4.”

While there are so many more fun and exciting things happening in the park during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, we have just gotten started! An official Foodie Guide is on the way, so stay tuned for those new and exclusive options coming to the event.
