Are you looking for a unique destination for your next vacation? Royal Caribbean has just the thing! Royal Caribbean’s private island, The Perfect Day at Cococay. There is something for everyone! From Chill Island to Thrill Waterpark to the upscale Coco Beach Club.

One of the luxuries throughout the island are the cabanas, you may wonder if they are worth the extra cost. I recently visited the island with several fellow agents and was able to experience one of the cabanas at Thrill Waterpark firsthand.

The cost of the cabana includes

Our cabana was situated in front of the family waterslides with a short walk to the wave pool and Daredevil’s Peak. This is the perfect location for families, the thrill seekers can enjoy their adrenaline rush while the spectators can enjoy the shade, sipping their cocktails.

Our cabana attendant was amazing! He checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. He offered to bring additional drinks when we were running low, refilled our water, and brought us our lunch, always with a smile.
Now, the real question, is renting a cabana worth it? The maximum number of people for the Thrill Waterpark cabana is 6 people. For the 6 of us it cost a little over $165 each. Waterpark passes for the day would have been about $135/person. For $30 extra per person, I feel having the service and amenities was well worth the extra price.

Depending on the time of the year the prices will fluctuate, but if you are planning to spend the day in one of the specialty areas on the island the actual cost of the cabana may not be much extra. Why not have Royal Caribbean pamper you? You are on vacation!
