Exciting news on the horizon with more events being announced to return! Disney fans you’re in luck over these next few months so many enhancements are taking place and many of your favorite shows and entertainment are scheduled to return! The newest announcement is for Disneyland this time! The “Disneyland Forever” firework nighttime spectacular is scheduled to illuminate the skies starting April 22,2022.
But this isn’t the only nighttime show scheduled to return. In addition “World of Color” at Disney California Adventure Park and “Main Street Electrical Parade” at Disneyland Park will also be retuning on the same day! “Disneyland Forever” fireworks is a street-to-sky celebration filled with sparkling pyrotechnics and immersive projections that will bring guests through a journey with amazing special effects. This spectacular only debuted in 2015 for the 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration- it transports guests through organs groves of Anaheim, into the worlds of timeless Disney and Pixar stories.

“Disneyland Forever” also features two original songs: the theme “Live the Magic” and the inspiring closing song “Kiss Goodnight,” written by Disney Legend Richard M. Sherman. These special touches really make this show a unique experience for guests of all ages. Guests can also enjoy this nighttime show from many places in the Disneyland park. Each location around the park whether it be Main Street, U.S.A., in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, near “it’s a small world,” or around the Rivers of America, each location offers a different experience. This show offers multi dimensional projections, pyrotechnics and colors and can really surprise guests depending on their location!
“Disneyland Forever” will start running weekends only, Friday through Sunday. Also, “Mickey’s Mix Magic” will present its high-energy, projections-only show during the week, Monday through Thursday until late spring. And then “Disneyland Forever” will run nightly throughout the summer! As always guests will need valid admission as well as a park reservation and show times are always subject to change.
