Are you ready for an adventure of a lifetime? The brand-new Universal Epic Universe will be opening soon, and prior to March 13, 2025, there were only a few ways to access tickets to entry for the park. However, now we have a new ticket type! Here we will discuss the options that this new ticket type offers.
When the park was announced, the question still remained how ticketing would work. Then the information was released that tickets would be available for guests in a ticket package that offered at least two days at Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure, with the option to visit the third park Universal Volcano Bay. There was however, only a 1-day ticket to Universal Epic Universe available, meaning that guests were not able to visit the park more than once with their ticket package, plus is was not a Park-to-Park ticket.
Then the information came that Universal Annual Pass (AP) holders would be able to secure a Add-On to Universal Epic Universe with their active AP. This left the conundrum that guests that were purchasing their AP for the first time would have to visit soon and activate their AP to be able to purchase their Epic Universe ticket for later this year. While there still is not a resolution to this, or the Military Freedom Pass activation to purchase their Epic Universe tickets, we now have a 1-Day ticket options available.

With Universal Orlando Resort being a multi-day destination, this ticket means there is more fun to be had! With the previously released ticket package, guests could only visit Epic Universe for 1 day during their stay, now guests can add an additional 1-Day ticket to their package! The 1-Day tickets can also be purchased separately, but you do not want to miss out on the other theme parks that Universal Orlando Resort has to offer. These tickets are dated beginning June 1, 2025, and pricing begins at $139 plus tax per adult and $134 plus tax per child (ages 3-9).
