Inside the parks, it seems like most food locations are offering something new and special for the celebration! Starting strong at Alien Pizza Planet, there is a new pizza and macaron that will be available. Dessert first, of course, is the 70th Celebration Macaroooon which features the adorable alien shell wearing a chocolate birthday hap that is filled with birthday cake flavored buttercream and confetti cake center. The pizza slice is a BBQ Chicken & Pineapple that also features roasted corn, red onions, and a spiced BBQ sauce.

Blue Bayou Restaurant has added quite a few things to their menu in honor of the celebration. The entree added is a Ribeye Steak and Prawns that is served with a loaded baked potato and asparagus. The next new item is a Vegetable Hearts Salad which features artichoke hearts, hearts of palms, tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, and a lemon herb ranch dressing. For a sweet treat, a Chocolate Chip Mousse has graced the menu.

What is the perfect way to start your day? Pancakes at River Belle Terrace, of course! Strawberry Pancakes, Blueberry Pancakes, and Apple Pancake Rolls are new to the breakfast menu, and each pancake order is served with a choice of bacon or sausage.

Heading to Mickey’s Toontown, the eats and sweets become more fun! At Cafe Daisy there is a Miss Daisy beverage that is crafted with lemonade, blue cotton candy syrup, and topped with blue raspberry gummy rings. To refuel there is a new flop over, a Chicken Bacon Ranch Flop-Over to be exact. Filled with diced chicken pieces, bacon crumbles, ranch dressing, along with provolone and mozzarella cheese, yum!

We all want to know about the special churro that will be offered. The 70th Celebration Churro is a classic churro that is rolled in an ube sugar then drizzled with a marbled blue raspberry icing and sprinkles the colors resembling the celebration theme. These can be found near Haunted Mansion, Town Square, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

For some quick grab and go options, Galactic Grill will be offering new Space Place Cottage Fries that are covered in a parmesan butter and a side of ranch. The Golden Horseshoe features Cowboy Fries that are served with nacho cheese, ground beef, and a burger sauce, then topped with butter pickles.

More sweets are on the way, don’t worry! Hungry Bear Barbeque Jamboree will have Peach Cobbler Funnel Cake Fries that are coated in cinnamon sugar, a peach topping, a scoop of delicious vanilla ice cream, and a sprinkle of streusel. One food venue that never disappoints with its menu is Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. A 70th Celebration Maracon features a vanilla bean buttercream with a strawberry jam, fresh strawberries, and even strawberry whipped topping. Tiana’s Palace is not left out of this one, and a House-filled Celebration Beignet is more than welcome to this party. It is filled with a raspberry mousse, topped with a blue buttercream glaze, edible candle, and a dash of sprinkles.

Have you tried the grey stuff? It’s delicious. Red Rose Tavern will be offering a 70th Stuff which features a cookies and cream cake on top of a shortbread cookie, a fresh raspberry jam is then covered with white chocolate mousse and decorated with sprinkles to resemble a birthday cake! Hook’s Galley Tuna Melt is a freshly made tuna salad served on toast with munster cheese and a herb-marinated tomato slice. A Chicken Pot Pie Baked Potato is a new concept and features a chicken pot pie filling and topped with a pie crust crumble. A brand new beverage will also make an appearance for the celebration, Dancing Shimmering Lights is a mix of a berry lemonade and blackberry topper then a sprinkle of sanding sugar.

While Disney California Adventure doesn't offer quite as many options, remember this is about Disneyland Park, there are a few celebration menu items coming to the park.

New churro alert! Banana Split Churro is coming near Goofy’s Sky School This is a classic churro rolled in a chocolate sugar and topped with a banana and vanilla sauce and topped with a cherry. Would it be a banana split without the cherry?

Schmoozies! Has Mickey waffles and these are good! Mickey-shaped Celebration Waffles features a strawberry cream filling, dusted with powdered sugar, and topped with sprinkles!

One way to help make your visit just a tad bit more magical is to reserve a dessert party! At Disney California Adventure there are two different types of dessert parties available, World of Color Happiness! Dessert Party and Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration Parade Dessert Party. The parade dessert party happens earlier in the day, and has reserved seating for a special view of the parade while the other, World of Color Happiness!, happens in the evening during the nighttime spectacular and still offers reserved seating and great views of the show.
