The 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is currently underway, running from February 28 through April 21, 2025. This annual event celebrates California’s rich culinary landscape, offering guests a variety of food, beverages, entertainment, and special experiences.

This year’s festival features eight themed marketplaces, each offering unique culinary delights:
- California Craft Brews: Showcases local craft beers and savory bites like Lemon Pepper Wings with garlic ranch and a Sloppy Joe Slider featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef with cheese.
- Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo: Offers dishes such as Asa’DOS—a combination of grilled skirt steak and chipotle chicken with Spanish rice and salsa verde.
- Garlic Kissed: Features the topped with black garlic chimichurri and garlic butter crunch.
- Golden Dreams: Presents items like Musubi Fried Rice, inspired by Aulani Resort, and a plant-based Cherry Cobbler Pot de Crème.
- LA Style: Serves up the Mini LA Street Dog with jalapeño mayo, pepper and onion relish, Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon, and crispy onions.
- Mercado de Antojos: A new addition honoring Hispanic cuisine, offering traditional flavors and dishes.
- Peppers Cali-Ente: Provides spicy offerings that highlight California’s love for heat and flavor.
- Uncork California: Celebrates the state’s renowned wine country with a selection of local wines.
Sip and Savor Pass:
Guests can enhance their festival experience with the Sip and Savor Pass, available in two options:
- Eight-item pass: Priced at $63, this pass allows guests to enjoy eight food items or non-alcoholic beverages from participating locations.
- Four-item pass: Available for $32, offering four selections.
Magic Key holders receive a discounted price of $58 for the eight-item pass. The passes are now digital, making redemption seamless at various festival marketplaces and dining locations.
Entertainment and Activities:
The festival offers a variety of entertainment options:
- Live Music: Enjoy performances at the Palisades Stage on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:30 PM, and daily at the Paradise Garden Bandstand at 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.
- Jammin’ Chefs: A lively show where chefs, accompanied by Disney characters, create rhythmic culinary performances.
- Soarin’ Over California: The beloved attraction returns for the duration of the festival, offering guests a breathtaking aerial tour of California’s iconic landmarks.
Special Events and Seminars:
For those seeking a deeper culinary dive, the festival offers:
- Culinary Demonstrations: Free 45-minute sessions where chefs provide step-by-step instructions on recipes and techniques.
- Wine and Beverage Seminars: Educational tastings and discussions about various wines and spirits, available for a fee.
- Signature Events: Special ticketed experiences, including winemaker receptions and mixology seminars, are available for an additional cost.
