I had the privilege of attending on-site training at the three Sandals Luxury All-Inclusive Resorts
in St Lucia! A ground transfer is included with your reservation at all Sandals resorts,
but the travel time from the airport to the resorts in St Lucia is pretty long - one and a half to two
hours! Don’t want to spend that precious pool and beach time in the car? Then try a helicopter
transfer!
I took the helicopter transfer with a few other agents and I was terrified. I had never been in a
helicopter and wasn’t so sure I was going to like it. I was so wrong - it was amazing!!! The ride
itself was about 12 minutes and the pilot was super nice. We saw the island and all of its
beauty from above while the pilot pointed out a few interesting sites - like where one of the
Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed and where the Black Pearl now resides!
If you’re considering a vacation or honeymoon to St Lucia, I highly recommend asking your
Marvelous Mouse Travels Agent about booking a helicopter transfer - you won’t regret it!
